It’s called stone-age diet not because it was used by overweight cavemans who wanted to lose some fat :). It was called that because it is based on raw and simple food and ingredients. Very similar to raw diet I mentioned before. But first let’s see what Wikipedia tells about stone-age diet.

I’m testing it for few days already so I don’t have visible effects yet. However I see first (let’s call it) inconvenience. I need eat more raw food to supply my body with proper calories input. Processed food contain more calories per gram. I will stick to stone-age diet for few weeks and see if there are any positive results, otherwise I will be back at gym.

 

 

Barbell squats. My new exercise!

Hi guys! Today I would like to share with my new exercise I’ve been doing lately. It’s a barbell squats. This is a great way to burn you fat and what is also very important it shapes you body, makes your muscles stronger and your overall posture looks way better. Runing makes you burn calories faster

I’m not a big fan of running but I run 5km twice a week. Runing is great and very simple exercise to burn you calories however it has few cons. It’s time consuming, you need special equipment, you need good weather, you need to go to forested areas, I don’t recommend running in cities.
